Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Nexbelt items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
